Recycling of various kinds of paper:

Collected waste paper, there are to be used as raw material.

There waste paper contains many polyvinyl resin, metals such as clips, staples, and also ink, nylon, plastic.

We have a system to remove automatically these difficult objects .

Our group and we has developed a utilizing a difficult-to-regenerate wastepaper processng and tried to use various kinds of paper that is originally treated as refuse. We will keep trying to improve our system and contribute to save resourses.

Water reuse

In order to make effective use of water being our limited resource of the earth, we also recycle industrial water in the manufacturing process.

Waste water treatment system

Our waste water treatment system with extremely advance technology from Japan can treat all waste water created from production process and discharge treat water direct into the river.

To reduce polluted loads on the environment maximally, our system consists various kinds of process and equipments, such as :automatic bar screen, physical and chemistry system (cushion basin, flocculatoin reactor, and dissolved air flotation), biological system - aeration system, clarifier, paper sludge treament system and auxuliary equipments system.

Our waste water treatment system is operated under satisfaction of all standards issued by Vietnam Ministry of Resources and Environment.
